Earlier this spring, the BC Liquor Control and Licensing Branch invited the BC Care Providers Association (BCCPA) to consult the seniors care sector and share current practices regarding the sale and service of liquor in care facilities. This feedback has helped inform a draft proposal from the Branch. BCCPA has obtained a copy of the draft policy proposal and invited members to provide more specific feedback on the revised approach by contacting info@bccare.ca. The initial response from care providers has been positive.
