Attached for your information is a letter from Andy Hazlewood announcing the new residential care regulations which will take effect October 1 2009.

We are currently reviewing the revised regulations and will advise of implications. Licensing staff are also planning to have a series of information sessions for licensees to outline the new regulations and notices will be circulated over the next little while. Let us know of any specific concerns that you may have.
